Our job application procedure works this way:
Step 1: Apply
Have you seen a job vacancy which suits you? Then complete the online application form below the vacancy. You can also send an e-mail or letter with your CV. You’ll find the contact details in the job vacancy text. There, you can also read who you can contact for more information.
Step 2: Evaluation
We will consider your details and decide whether you fit the profile of the job for which you are applying.
Step 3: Interview invitation
If you fit the profile then we will invite you for an initial interview. This initial interview is with the manager and HR consultant or recruiter. Among other things, this interview will cover the organisation, the job, your CV and your motivation for the position. The next steps in the application will also be discussed: any follow-up interviews, requesting references or an assessment, for example. During an initial interview at Strukton Worksphere and Strukton Rail, we could ask you to complete an e-assessment. This is an online assessment, in which job-specific capacities and competences are tested. At Strukton Rail, it’s possible to spend a night observing rail activities.
Step 4: Test or examination
Depending on the position, sometimes a psychological test and/or medical examination will take place. This will be stated during the initial interview.
